The Uniform Shop is administered by a sub-committee of the Parents & Friends Association and is run by volunteers (with assistance from school support staff). The majority of the St Michael’s school uniform is provided by an in-house ordering facility. This benefits both our school and our families.  School families are able to purchase quality uniform items at competitive prices and any profit that may be earned is directed towards the main P & F body’s financial commitments or goals for that year.

The Uniform Committee manage:

  • Ordering and managing levels of uniform items
  • Distributing uniform items to families
  • Returning / replacement of faulty stock

UNIFORM ORDERING PROCESS

For your convenience Uniform items can be ordered at any time.

If you are in need of any uniform items please leave your completed order form at the office (available from the school office, Skoolbag App or by downloading from the link at the bottom of the page) and enclose Payment (cheque or credit card authority is the preferred payment method).

Orders will be sent home with children on processing weeks. Processing weeks are week 1, 2, 5 & 8 of earch term.

School Hats

Hats may be purchased from the school office at any time, without ordering. Please have the correct money. If you do not have the exact change, please complete a CC payment authority. 

Payment Policy

The Uniform shop does not give goods without payment. Please do not embarrass our volunteers or yourself by asking to take items home without paying for them.

We accept payment at the time of purchase. Credit Card/EFTPOS or Cheque is the preferred method of payment. Cash is accepted if the exact payment amount is made. No change is held or is able to be sent home.

Exchange Policy 

Exchanges are permitted (for a different size or style) as long as the item is unworn, in original packaging and with all tags still attached. Please complete the exchange form available from the school office or by downloading from the link at the bottom of the page.

Please contact a Uniform Committee volunteer before leaving items at the office.

Volunteers

The Uniform shop relies on volunteers. We ask for your patience at busy times where we do endeavour to have as many hands on deck as possible. It is because of our volunteers that we are able to keep prices reasonable and affordable and pass all the profits to the school.

We are always looking for more volunteers to spread the load. If you have a few spare hours we would love to hear from you. Contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
